  • We care service level 1: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 18:00
  • We care service level 2: plus Saturday 08:00 to 14:00
  • We care service level 3: plus Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, 08:00 to 14:00
  • We care service level 4: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week


NoemaLife Customer Care: Extra attention

Noemalife has created Customer Care to provide additional services and monitor customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Customer Care carries out post-event assessments designed to identify any recurrent problems or glitches in the system, and acts promptly to rectify them.
