NoemaLife strengthens its Corporate Governance. Appointment of the Managing Director and the Deputy Managing Director

Bologna, December 13th 2011 – Andrea Chiapponi joined NoemaLife Group yesterday, as Managing Director, while Cristina Signifredi was appointed Deputy Managing Director.

Andrea Chiapponi, 38, graduated in Management Engineering at “Politecnico di Milano”, achieved an MBA at Insead of Fontainebleau. Chiapponi was previously Managing Director at “System”, the advertising sales house of Gruppo 24 Ore. He previously worked for McKinsey&Company.

Cristina Signifredi, 53, graduated in Electronic Engineering at the University of Bologna. In 1996, she founded NoemaLife together with Francesco Serra and Angelo Liverani. Cristina will continue serving NoemaLife as Executive Director and Chief of Consultancy of the Group.

The appointment of the Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director, proposed to the Board of Directors by the CEO, Francesco Serra, takes place during a remarkable growth stage of NoemaLife.

The Group is considerably increasing its presence worldwide, also thanks to its recent acquisitions.

NoemaLife Group turnover is of about Euros 65 million and counts more than 700 professionals.
