Vice Chairman

Francesco Serra, 64, is Executive Vice President and cofounder of NoemaLife.

After getting his degree in Electronic Engineering in 1969 he’s been teaching and doing research at the University of Bologna. He then joined Eni Group where he worked until 1978, when he was appointed as CEO of GSO Informatica, later acquired by the English Logica Group. He left the Group in 1994 as CEO of Logicasiel to become Finsiel General Vice Director and Responsible of the Healthcare Division.

In 1996 he left Finsiel in order to found NoemaLife.

Chief Executive Officer

Angelo Liverani, 59, is CEO and cofounder of NoemaLife.

After his degree in Electronic Engineering at Bologna University he started working in GSO Informatica, later incorporated into Logicasiel which he left as Director of the Healthcare Division in 1994. In the same year he entered Finsiel as Sales Director of the Healthcare Division.

In 1996 he left Finsiel in order to found NoemaLife.

Executive Director

Cristina Signifredi, 51, is Board Director Consulting and cofounder of NoemaLife. She had been CEO of Noematica, one of the companies of the Group merged into NoemaLife, for many years. She’s in charge of managing the Consultancy activities of the Group.

She graduated in Electronic Engineering at Bologna University and in 1984 worked at GSO Informatica, where she coordinated many important Healthcare IT projects. In 1994 she joined Finsiel as Director of the Diagnostic Systems Division.

In 1996 she founded NoemaLife, together with Francesco Serra and Angelo Liverani, becoming responsible of all technical activities of the company.

Executive Director

Andrea Corbani, 68, for many years Chairman of Noematica, one of the Group’s companies merged into NoemaLife, is Chief Strategic Marketing Director of NoemaLife.  

After his degree in Economics at the University of Parma, he started his career in the sales division at Olivetti General Electric in Milan. He later became Branch Director at Univac. In 1973 he entered Data Management (Credito Italiano Group) where he became Sales & Marketing Director. From 1996 in Banksiel he set up and managed the collaboration with the French Sopra and the commercial development of integration platfoms for banking.

In 2000, with NoemaLife, he founded Noematica whose mission is to promote integration solutions in Regional and Hospital Information Systems.

Senior Director Products

Marco Budini, 54, directs Research & Development and Product Marketing in NoemaLife.

After gaining a Degree in Electronic Engineering, he immediately started his career in IT. He has covered different roles, which allowed him to develop a deep knowledge of the sector, from development to consulting and sales. He worked for Logicasiel, Italian branch of the English Logica Group and IBM. Since 2000 he joined Oracle Italia, first as Responsible of Consulting in different Divisions, then as Responsible of the Italy-Greece cluster, and eventually as Senior Director of the Consulting Business Unit.

Senior Director Sales

Fabio Rossi, 49, directs the Italian Sales area of the NoemaLife Group.

He has been for more than 20 years in the IT sector, covering a number of technical, sales-oriented and marketing roles. Before entering NoemaLife he has been, 1997 to 2007, in Oracle Italia, where he started as Business Development Manager for the eBusiness Suite solution on the public market. He then became Sales Director for the Healthcare market. Before Oracle he has worked for Honeywell and Bull.
