The excellent results of the Customer Satisfaction survey carried out during April and May 2009 confirm the highest level of service and quality delivered by the team of expert and specialized professionals of the NoemaLife Group.
The overall average evaluation scored in the period of Italian NoemaLife customers is 3.80 (next to ‘very satisfied’). A comparison with the results of the 2008 Customer Satisfaction survey shows a significant improvement in the overall average evaluation and in particular in the overall performance level, the Price/performance ratio and the innovation of the NoemaLife solutions.
